This Privacy Policy sets forth the handling of users' personal information in connection with the use of VPetRecord (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

1-1. Information Collected

The App may collect the following information:

The App does not obtain precise location data from mobile devices. However, the service provider may collect location data for the purposes described in Section 2 below.

The App may access the following device functions or data:

• Camera
• Photo library (gallery)

This access is used solely for allowing users to register and display photos in the in-app album. The Company does not collect, store, or share these photo data.

Users may change or disable these access permissions at any time through their device settings.

2. Purpose of Use of Information

Collected information is used for the following purposes:

• Providing, operating, and improving the App
• Providing user support
• Location-based services: delivering personalized content, related recommendations, and services based on location
• Analysis and improvement: anonymizing and aggregating location data to analyze user behavior and enhance app performance
• Third-party services: periodically providing anonymized location data to external services for app improvement and optimization
• Analyzing usage data and creating statistical information
• Preventing fraudulent activity and enhancing security

Regarding access to the camera and photo library, user-selected photos are used only for display within the App's diary/album feature. They are not transmitted externally, stored on external servers, or shared with third parties.

The service provider may also use collected information to deliver important notifications or marketing information to users. To provide a better experience, the service provider may request personally identifiable information, which will be retained and used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

3. Use of AdMob

The App uses "AdMob," an advertising distribution service provided by Google. Through this, the following information may be collected and used:

• Advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID)
• Number of ad impressions, click information
• User region and device information

The App does not provide user information to third parties except in the following cases:

Users have the following rights:

• To manage opt-out settings for AdMob advertising (via Google's Ads Settings page)

7. Privacy of Children Under 13

This application is not intended for children under the age of 13. The App does not directly collect personal information such as names, addresses, or email addresses from users.

In the unlikely event that it is discovered that a child under the age of 13 has provided personal information through inquiries or other means, such information will be promptly discarded. In addition, the App uses Google AdMob for ad delivery, and information such as advertising identifiers may be automatically transmitted. The handling of such information is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy.

If a parent or guardian wishes to stop the collection of information by the App, please uninstall the App from the child’s device. By deleting the App, usage data stored on the device will be removed, and information collection associated with ad delivery will also be stopped.

8. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as necessary. Any changes will be announced within the App or on the official website.
